Researchers and scientists, including the ISS National Lab deputy chief scientist, Mike Roberts, will take part in a teleconference scheduled for November 29 to detail the science and instruments headed to the ISS on the upcoming SpaceX commercial resupply mission.
Science is always happening onboard the ISS. In this image, NASA Astronaut Jack Fischer works within the Japanese Experiment Module on the ISS National Lab PCG 6. the ISS National Lab PCG 7 will utilize the orbiting laboratory’s microgravity environment to grow larger versions of Leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2), implicated in Parkinson’s disease.
