Ambassadors FY2022 Q4 Metrics Reporting

Your reporting should include those individuals directly served by your program and services.

• Use your best efforts to estimate the number of participants for your particular program. If the number of participants was 0, enter 0.
• Report all participants this quarter that were not reported in previous quarters. This includes students, educators, adults, and mixed audiences.
• If your program's primary delivery is online, we suggest you use “user sessions” to help you estimate the number of participants. Enter your count in the mixed-audience participants field below.
• If you had a conference booth, estimate those individuals who actually visited your booth. If you were part of a CASIS booth, do not include those counts, as CASIS will.
• Include activities conducted both in the U.S. and in other countries.
• If you train educators, include their students if you can reasonably estimate the number of them.
• Do not include secondary participants (for example, people who see news reports of your event)
• Do not include recipients of tweets or other passive social media.
• Fields with an * are required.

Report the total number of participants for each demographic.

List primary locations served by city, state (if U.S.) or country (if outside the U.S.). If this is a broad-reaching program, put "national" or "global."

If you have a STEM outreach website, social media, or influencer (not personal), we want to know about it and share all the great work you are doing!

Provide any additional details, information, or news that you would like to share about your programs or activities. Please share great quotes from participants about the impact of the program or visual observations of impact you have witnessed.
