Ambassadors FY2021 Q1 Metrics Reporting

Your reporting should include those individuals directly served by your program and services.

• Use your best efforts to estimate, based on your particular program.
• Report all participants this quarter that were not reported in previous quarters. This includes students, educators, adults and mixed audiences.
• If web is your primary delivery, we suggest you use “user sessions” to help you estimate the number of participants. Enter your count in the Mixed field on the form.
• If you had a conference booth, estimate those individuals who actually visited your booth. If you were part of a CASIS booth, then do not include those counts, as CASIS will.
• Include activities conducted both in the U.S. and in other countries.
• If you train teachers, include their students if you can reasonably estimate them.
• Do not include secondary participants, such as people who see news reports.
• Do not include recipients of tweets or other passive social media.

Report the percentage of the total number of participants for each engagement type.

List primary locations served by city, state (if U.S.) or country (if outside the U.S.). If this is a broad-reaching program, put "national" or "global."

• Provide a bulleted list of highlights, or news, that you would like to share about your program for the quarter.
• Additional detail may include social media stats (e.g. followers and any other relevant reach).
