The ISS National Lab is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking to identify projects within the field of mammalian stem cell biology. The ISS National Lab is confident that this RFP will attract both experienced and new-to-space investigators interested in exploiting the effects of microgravity and the space environment’s unique conditions to investigate the fundamental properties of mammalian stem cells, including their ability to self-renew, proliferate and differentiate. The ISS National Lab will support this process through grant funding, facilitation of service-provider interactions and flight coordination to and from the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory.

Proposed project submissions will be accepted July 9-25, 2013 by selecting the SUBMIT RFP button.
Submission is closed.
All submittals must be made in PDF format electronically. the ISS National Lab must receive proposals by 5:00pm EST on July 25, 2013. Additional information regarding the Principal Investigator, including affiliations and contact information will be required at the time of submission, so please allow time to complete the online forms and upload your files.
