Step 1 Proposal Submission
The deadline for Step 1 Proposals was August 24th 2018 at 5pm EDT.
This solicitation will follow a two-step submission process. All interested investigators must complete a Step 1 Proposal. This Proposal will be reviewed for operational feasibility and terrestrial benefit (to see the Step 1 Proposal Evaluation Guidelines, click here). Select the button below to download the Step 1 Proposal template. The template can be filled in and submitted as either a .docx or .pdf file to MMCG-RFP@issnationallab.org.
If the Step 1 Proposal passes the Step 1 Evaluation, information in the submitted Proposal will then be provided to all of the MMCG Service Provider Implementation Partners (IPs). These IPs will, in turn, provide the proposer with information on how the IP can support the science goals of the Proposer—as well as a rough estimate of cost for the work.
