Space Station Explorers Partner Program:

  • Genes in Space is a nationwide challenge that invites teachers and students in grades 7-12 to design pioneering DNA experiments that use the unique environment of the ISS.
  • Student design spaceflight experiments that use PCR (polymerase chain reaction) analysis. Students may work on proposals individually or in a classroom, afterschool, or club setting. Students are making real research breakthroughs in this program!
